Virgin Atlantic Appoints Brad West as Head of Asia Pacific

Virgin Atlantic is delighted to announce the appointment of Brad West as Head of Asia Pacific.
Brad took up his new position on 1st November with responsibility for Virgin Atlantic operations across Hong Kong and mainland China.
Based in Hong Kong, Brad will lead the 40 strong team across Asia Pacific, as well as overseeing offline markets in Asia and Australasia. Brad joined Virgin Atlantic in 1993 and has held key roles across the airline’s sales and international division – most recently as ‘Head of specialist and Regional sales’ based in the UK.
Virgin Atlantic operates daily flights between Shanghai and Hong Kong to London Heathrow, as well as successful codeshare agreements with airlines including Air New Zealand and Air China. Virgin Atlantic recently introduced Wi-Fi enabled Boeing 787 aircraft on all flights from Asia Pacific to further improve the customer experience.

We are also heavily investing in our customer experience to continue to offer the unrivalled levels of service that we are famed for. This month we launched a brand new website and app which makes booking and checking in easier than ever before and also introduced live TV on all flights from Hong Kong and Shanghai.”
