JLL Announces the Appointment of Rayman Tseng as Managing Director for Wuhan

JLL (NYSE: JLL) has brought on board Rayman Tseng as Managing Director for Wuhan. He will report directly to Eddie NG, Managing Director for East China.
Rayman comes to JLL with over eighteen years’ professional experience in real estate investment, asset management and consultancy, both within China and overseas. Prior to the appointment, Rayman worked as the General Manager of Business Development for SOCAM Development Limited. His expertise in direct investment covering deal sourcing, screening, structuring, negotiation and closing with focus on private equity real estate investment will add enormous value to JLL’s clients in the industry.

Rayman will lead a team of experts equipped with in-depth market knowledge, strong client relationship and solid track records. In addition, there are two newly enlisted advisors under his leadership. Helen Xu as Head of Property & Asset Management, who has more than twenty years’ property management experience, will deliver professional services to clients; and Helen Xiong as Head of Retail, who has more than ten years’ experience in the industry, will provide retailers and retail property owners with best-in-class consulting and leasing services.
