The British Chambers of Commerce across China Launch the 2019 Business Sentiment Survey

Published on 2019-10-09

Today the British chambers of commerce across China launched this year’s Business Sentiment Survey to understand members’ views of the business environment.

This is an important platform to hear from members across China their insight into positive progress in market access and areas of challenge. The output from the survey will guide the work the Chamber undertakes on behalf of members across China advocating for strong and favourable business environment for British chamber members operating in China.

The survey is open to all members. If you have not received an email with a link to the survey, please get in touch with the Chamber at: aria.wang@britishchambershanghai.org. The survey will take only 15 minutes to complete.

Last year, our inaugural Sentiment Survey assessed the views of British chamber members across China to understand where there had been positive progress in market access and where areas of challenge remain. This insight directly informed the May 2019 Position Paper, and was presented by the Chamber to both the Chinese and British governments as part of our advocacy work for an improved business environment in which British chamber members can achieve their full potential in China.

If you aren’t a member of any of the chambers but would like to make your voice heard, or for more information about the survey, please contact james.dunn@britishchambershanghai.org.
