The current pandemic is putting a great weight on enterprises in China. Be it due to current difficulties or foreseeing economic challenges ahead, companies across the country are reducing their workforce to save on labor costs. However, dismissal in China is restricted and mistakes can be costly.

In this seminar, Ms. Qu, Vice-President & Senior Partner at River Delta Law Firm, will introduce individual and collective termination in China. Through summary of the law and case analysis, Ms. Qu will explain the legal foundation and best practices to handle termination.

Jane Zhang, Business/Senior Consultant at J. M. Gemini Personnel Ltd., will share outplacement service during/after employment termination/restructurings. Benefits to employers & employees and contents of outplacements programmes.
