Meet with SHFTZ Authorities and Visit to Yangshan Deep Water Port

The Chamber’s Free Trade Zone Focus Group invites authorities from the Shanghai Free Trade Zone Administration Bureau to update members on the recent developments of the SHFTZ and to look to the reform trends in the future. Attendees are expected to gain a better understanding of the policy environment in the SHFTZ.

By hosting an interactive Q&A session to enhance attendee participation and knowledge sharing, all attendees are welcome and encouraged to send their pre-prepared questions to Aria Wang in advance of the event. 

In the afternoon, members are also invited to join a site visit to the Yangshan Deep Water Port. As one of Shanghai’s three major ports, the Yangshan Deep Water Port is one of busiest ports across the globe. Achieving and exceeding milestones since its establishment 11 years ago, the Yangshan Deep Water Port operates within Shanghai’s FTZ.

PART TWO (RMB 100, including lunch box)

12pm – 1pm: Shuttle Bus to Yangshan Deep Water Port (Lunch Box will be provided)
1pm – 4pm: Site visit at Yangshan Deep Water Port
5pm: Shuttle Bus back to 999 Zhouhai Lu

No-show Policy: Please note you must cancel your reservation in writing to the event contact staff 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notification will be charged a no-show fee of RMB100.

Walk-in Policy: Please note that members who attend the event without prior reservation will be charged an additional walk-in fee of RMB50 if spaces are still available.
