The pace of change in China is often reflected in the rapidly changing attitudes and opinions of middle-class Chinese consumers, whose decisions have far-reaching implications for the Chinese market. So how well do you know your consumers? In a recent survey, BBDO/Proximity found that Chinese women aged 15-30 make some of the most important purchasing decisions in the market. During this panel discussion, presented by the Chamber's Women in Business focus group, BBDO/Proximity President & CEO Carol Potter and Executive Planning Director Hans Lopez-Vito, discuss these results as well as how market research insights can be better used to inform a company's marketing strategy and decision making.
