What is the relationship between leadership skills and organisational strategy?

In today’s business world, designing the “right” strategy has become just the first step for leaders across the board, needing to create buy-in and give a sense of direction to their people in a more sustainable way.

Join this discussion with Lucy Qi, Managing Consultant & CEO at Fengsou Shanghai, Usha Raghavachari, Marketing Director at Ford Motor Company, and Andrew Nip, Head of Talent Acquisitions, Learning & Development, Hays Asia to find out how HR and L&D could support the development of leadership skills that are critical for strategy execution, and what leadership skills are being developed by organisations to address such challenge.
