China has further relaxed its restrictions on foreign investment in multiple areas, how will this impact British investment in China?

Do you have a strategy on how to protect your trademark in China? How much are you really protected?

To advise on the above areas, the Chamber's Small & Medium Enterprises Focus Group invites two speakers from King & Wood Mallesons. Mr. Atticus Zhao will analyse and forecast China market trends in 2019, the fast growing sectors, as well as investment opportunities in China and some issues for reference. Mr. Sun Haoguang will update the rules about intellectual property and explain the background of trade mark protection in China. He will also share practical ways of protecting trademarks, and case studies of successful and unsuccessful cases.
