The British Chamber Shanghai invites members to join Brian Kraus, Global Managing Partner for Safety Transformation Services at ERM for this morning session, where Brian will share insights from ERM’s 2018 Global Survey.

ERM interviewed 144 senior safety leaders from 120 different companies which collectively employ 6.8 million employees and combined revenues of $6.8 trillion operating across the globe. The interviews took place from January to June 2018 and covered topics such as changing global stakeholder expectations on safety, contractor safety management, fatality prevention, leadership and culture.  The survey also asked each of these hugely experienced individuals what they thought was the most powerful means of driving improvement in performance. The findings are quite fascinating and produced quite a few surprises.  Brian will also share state of the art thinking on innovative techniques to enable organisational leaders to delivering rapid transformations in safety culture and performance.
