This highly interactive workshop is suitable for R&D, L&D, teams/groups/business leaders who would like to explore opportunities for innovation in your organisation.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a powerful tool designed to facilitate critical thinking, innovation and business performance. This workshop will provide participants with a concrete understanding of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and first-hand experience of its effects.

Participants will find that LEGO® bricks go beyond their obvious role as a children's toy in that when combined with the SERIOUS PLAY® methodology they can contribute to design thinking, business strategy or project management, helping people combine both logical thinking and imagination in order to build innovative products, services and ways of working.

Participants will take away some key ideas and activities that they can apply in their daily work life and with their team.

Never played LEGO® before?

No worries! This is not a LEGO® training. Attendees will be guided how to use LEGO® bricks in response to questions and will be encouraged to think with their hands.
