The Chamber's HR Focus Group invites Dr. Shi Bisset and Jamie Chang, both from SB&A, to share with members the key trends in selection & recruitment, new successful approaches and the impact of new technologies.

Jamie Chang

O.D. Associate Partner, Shi Bisset & Associates

Jamie is Taiwanese by birth and immigrated to Canada in 1995. He holds a BA Hons. in Marketing from the University of Stirling (School of Management) in the UK and graduated in 2011.

He comes from a diverse multi-cultural background having lived in Taiwan, Mainland China, Japan, Canada, UK, and the United States, and is fluent in both Chinese and English. His work experience includes international trade, O.D. analysis and project management for Fortune 500 companies such as Mead Johnson, BP, Chanel, Eaton Corporation, and many more.

Jamie is currently concentrating on Talent Analytics and implementation for Strategic Change initiatives.
