The Chamber’s Women in Business Focus Group invites professional women to this evening session to find out more about building your personal brand and analysing personal SWOT.

Globally, “best practice” calls for companies and organisations to aim for a higher percentage of women at leadership levels (and in a leadership pipeline) so as to give a fairer reflection of the gender diversity of the working population. For future women leaders, what key mindset and skills are needed to make themselves capable of their roles?

At this evening event, keynote speaker Dr. Shi Bisset, Founding Associate of Shi Bisset and Associates Ltd, will advise attendees on the challenges women face when it comes to Personal Branding, which includes:

  • Building your Personal Canvas
  • Building your Personal Business Model
  • Female Leadership Communication Trends and Building your Communication Matrix

In addition, Dr. Bisset will also share insights on personal SWOT analysis for both pre-work and post-work.
