The Chamber ’s HR Focus Group invites HR Directors, and organisational development professionals to this presentation and group discussion. Agnieszka Kunysz, a reward expert in the Kon Ferry Hay group, will share the key principles and market trends of digital sustainability, as well as give insight into a case study of General Electric’s journey to digital transformation. Following the presentation is a group discussion on leadership traits for digital sustainability.

Agnieszka Kunysz is a reward expert in Korn Ferry Hay Group. She has over 12 years of experience in the human resource area: consulting in top international companies as well as in –house. She has a broad international experience, working on major projects in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
