Speakers will share updates on recent UK tax changes and provide an overview of key taxes affecting UK property buyers who are based in South East Asia and China.

Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University in Real Estate Management and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Alan has been a regular visitor to South East Asia and China over the past 25 years, advising overseas based investors. The firm’s clients total approximately 1,000 in this area, the majority of whom have bought UK property, although some establish a UK trading subsidiary, or acquire an existing UK company.
Gilles Siow has been with the firm for 16 years. Gilles is involved in this area of work and has been specifically included to support Chinese clients. Gilles will provide Chinese translation to this event.
