This workshop will be of interest to business development managers, sales professionals and others who have regular contact with stakeholders both within and outside of their organisation.
The Communication Skills Workshop provides participants with the skills, techniques and confidence to communicate in different situations, at different levels of an organisation and to different styles of stakeholders within their workplace.
During the workshop, we spend time understanding and practicing the three key pillars of communication – listening, questioning and presenting.
By having a better understanding of their own communication styles, as well as that of the person they are trying to communicate with, participants will be more productive and efficient in the workplace.
By understanding the value of communication and how to communicate face-to-face, during meetings, on the phone and through emails, participants will be in a better position to achieve their goals and objectives.

Arthur has over 30 years of experience in marketing and brand communications in Hong Kong and China. Since 1998, he has lived in Beijing working for multi-national advertising agencies including JWT, Ogilvy and Bates 141 as Managing Director.
In his management capacity, Arthur also took on an additional role as brand strategist for multinational clients, including Ford, Kraft, Amway, and local blue chips like Gome and Red Bull. Internally, he was responsible for leading sales/pitching teams and internal training of staff on industry best practices.
Today as a trainer, coach, and facilitator with Simitri, Arthur’s areas of expertise include communication skills, leadership development, business development/selling, creative thinking, team building and cross-cultural awareness. His approach is highly interactive and designed to create the mindset and behaviour necessary to deliver better business results.
